Your plan

On a new iPhone, tap I already have zuvor on the first page and sign in with Apple. Your plan and your list are there. Restore purchase, on the plans screen, is for a plan bought with another Apple ID. Cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.

Your account

Delete account, in the You tab of the app, removes your account and everything keyed to it. Cancel the subscription in Settings as well, since Apple keeps it running.
